The Niger Delta Avenger,NDA,has claimed fresh attack on shell Forcados after a similar attack on the oil facility in February 2016.
The militant made the Announcement Via it social media page,Saying the attack was carried out @ 3:00am on Friday which is Today.
The Statement Reads; "At 3:00am today @NDA Avengers blow up the SPDC Forcados 48"Exportliner we warned SPDC not to go ahead with repair works but they refuse.
