Popular Singer and Empire Mate Entertainment (EME) records CEO, Bankole Wellington also known as Banky W has opened up on his reason for being quiet on the marriage break up between Singer Tiwa Savavge and her Husband Teebillz.
The popular Singer Banky W is a close friend for the estranged couple and was the best man to Tunji Balogun during the Tunji-Tiwa wedding at Dubai in 2014.
Banky stated that he only has to play the roles of friend in their break up and that he is a strong believer in working things out rather that exposing to the world.
According to Banky W, ”i haven’t really commented on the Tiwa and TJ situation. One of my problems with the world is because we talk too much, we comment too much and we broadcast too much. Some things are better left worked out behind closed doors, i’m a strong believer in not letting the world see or discuss your dirty laundry, i’m a strong believer in as much as possible keeping it within the family or behind closed doors or doing the best job that you can.
“So i’m not going to change my stand on the Tiwa and TJ, i would say that i love both of them very very dearly and as a friend, all i’m trying to do is be there as a friend for both of them and try to help each of them work through the issues that they have and whatever they need me for whenever they need me i would be there for both of them. And i wish them all the best especially for the kid involved.
Banky W saved frustrated Teebills during the heat of the their wedding break up when Teebills was close to committing suicide at Ikoyi bridge in Lagos.
